  • An immigration evaluation often includes a written inventory and two interviews - either in person or over video to gather information from the client about their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. The evaluator then provides a detailed written report to be used in the immigration application or proceeding.

  • We typically request 3-4 weeks to complete an evaluation.

    However, under certain circumstances and contingent on the availability of an evaluator, it may be possible to complete an evaluation on an expedited schedule.

  • Because each immigration evaluation is different, the fees can vary and are influenced by a variety of factors including the need for an expedited report, in-person sessions, or court appearances. Our standard fees for an evaluation begin at $1500.

    As part of our commitment to serving those most in need, we reserve a portion of our immigration evaluations to provide at a lower cost.
