An immigration evaluation often includes a written inventory and two interviews - either in person or over video to gather information from the client about their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. The evaluator then provides a detailed written report to be used in the immigration application or proceeding.

We typically request 3-4 weeks to complete an evaluation.
However, under certain circumstances and contingent on the availability of an evaluator, it may be possible to complete an evaluation on an expedited schedule.

Because each immigration evaluation is different, the fees can vary and are influenced by a variety of factors including the need for an expedited report, in-person sessions, or court appearances. Our standard fees for an evaluation begin at $1850.
As part of our commitment to serving those most in need, we reserve a portion of our immigration evaluations to provide at a lower cost.
