SPECIALIZING IN SUPPORTING Teens and ADULTS MANAGING SIGNIFICANT ANXIETY, NAVIGATING LIFE TRANSITIONS, AND OPERATING IN HIGH-STRESS, COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS
Together, we’ll deepen insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting changes.
With a background in community mental health and experience in the U.S. and international settings, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to our work together. I’ve supported teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and challenges within personal and professional relationships. I also have deep ties to the humanitarian and development fields, and understand the unique pressures that can come with caregiving, advocacy, and service-driven work.
how will our partnership Support you?
Through a strengths-based, participatory approach, we’ll deepen insight, develop coping skills, and help you navigate challenges with increased clarity, resilience, and purpose. We will create a space for you—a space that feels safe, brave, and alive with possibility—where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued so you can move forward with confidence and meaningful growth.
what fuels my passion for this work?
My passion for mental health and well-being began early, rooted in a big heart, a profound curiosity, and a commitment to honoring the diverse experiences that shape who we are. I know life can feel overwhelming—filled with pressures and uncertainty. In those moments, support isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. I strongly believe that no one should have to navigate these challenges alone. Everyone deserves the space to prioritize their care and healing.

I also hold certifications as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and a Mindfulness-Informed Professional. I integrate psychoeducation and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies depending on your goals including attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, emotional regulation techniques, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work in both English and Spanish.
